I am delighted to inform you that Millwood Designer Homes has finished top out of 52 house builders in the Customer Satisfaction results for 2018. In-house is an independent company which collates scores throughout the year from all homeowners on various different aspects of their house, including the sales process, quality of build, how quickly any defects are resolved after occupation and their overall customer satisfaction. We also achieved 100% in customers recommending our houses to their friends.
This is great news for us as a company and as a team, we can only achieve these results with your help.
I would like to thank you for your hard work, dedication and great workmanship as you have contributed greatly to this achievement.
