1st phase sold, 2nd phase released
After a successful 2009 and with all of the first phase now sold, we are delighted to announce the release of several of the larger property types including a four bedroom detached at £425,000, one remaining five bedroom detached at £450,000 and the two largest properties with five bedrooms, three reception rooms and three bathrooms with an asking price of £650,000.
