We can arrange EPC reports on behalf of clients at competitive rates. Although the requirement for a Home Information Pack (HIPS) was suspended from 21st May 2010, it remains a legislative requirement that at the commencement of marketing a property both the seller and agent are duty bound to ensure that the EPC has been commissioned.
